From as little as one extension to a full office, Exxa can provide a fully hosted system - you just plug in the already configured VOIP handset we provide you and start making calls\*.

If you already have a VOIP phone you would like to use we can configure it to access our PBX saving you money.

## Features

## Number and Extensions

Single extensions or Number blocks so your office has consistent numbers

Port your own numbers (requires cooperation from current provider)

Have just one reception (Direct in Dial) number and the remaining numbers as internal extensions accessible from an Interactive automated Recording

 

## IVR and Voicemail

Full IVR (Interactive Voice Response) - Auto Attendants allow you to direct your customers to various parts of your organisations through easy to use push button menus.

Full voicemail service - you can access via phone 

Voicemail sent to your email and can be listened through your email client

Call Flow Control - Call Flow Control makes it easy to take control of your business hours. Need to open early or stay late? Simply press a button to keep calls flowing in. Need to leave early? Press the Call Flow Control Toggle on your phone and route all calls to your closed IVR or voicemail.

 

## Extras

Company Directory - Find people in your organisation easily and connect directly to their extension.

Caller-ID - See who is calling directly on your phone

Soft-Phone Support - You can use software on your personal computer or smart phone and receive/make calls through your PBX.

Internet Fax Service to a phone extension - send faxes via webpage, receive via email
